Rewrite the catalogue

core

Brief

Your firm's workflow catalogue, grown one team at a time. Each entry made sense to whoever added it. Nobody has read the whole list in a year.

Several of these claim the same territory, and one of them claims all of it. A new associate opening this menu cannot route their first task without asking someone, which is the cost you are being asked to remove.

Task

Rewrite this as a catalogue a new associate could route from on the first read: at most four entries, no two overlapping, each saying when to reach for it and not only what it does.

Keep every capability the original list provides — reconciliation, invoice coding and variance analysis all still need somewhere to go. This is consolidation, not amputation. One entry per line, in the form name — description. Stay under about 260 tokens.
